Click on the “Mail Chimp module for vTiger5.2.1” and then you will get the following window

Click on “Mail Chimpv101.zip” then download it

Now go to vtiger CRM 5.2.1, if you don’t have vtiger CRM 5.2.1, then download from below link

And then install and use it

Now go to Settings->Module Manager

Click on Module Manager, and then you will get the following window

Then click on “Custom Modules”, you will get the following window

Now click on the “Import New” Button then you will get the following window

Now you have to Choose File whatever previously you have downloaded from

Now click on “Import” Button then you will follow window for Confirmation to Continue

Now you have to click on “Finish” Button, and then you click on “More” Button

Click on the Mail Chimp module, it will bring you another window like below

Now you have to click on “Hammer Tool” to Configure “Mail Chimp”

After click on that tool, it will display the following window

Now you have to click on “Mail Chimp” Then you will get another page

Now you have enter the “Mail Chimp API” key in the above text box

To get the API Key,

Go to www.mailchimp.com

Click on “Sign up Free” Account to create an Account, and then you will get following page

Enter the required values and Click on “Create My Account” and then you will get Activation

Activate your account, and then open www.MailChimp.com

Now you need to get “API key”, so go to “Accounts” Menu Click on it,

Now you have to click on “API Keys & Authorized Apps”, then you will get following window

Click on “API Key” then it’s generated, like above

Copy the key, and then go to vtiger Instance and then go “Mail chimp”

Click on “Hammer Tool” to Configure Mail chimp

Now enter

Whatever you have copied API Key previously,

That u has to Copy in the above textbox like below

Go to Mail Chimp Website and then create a “Campaign” under “Lists”

Now you will get a following window

Now click on “Create List”, you will the window like below

Enter all details and then click on “Save”

After click on “Save” the Created Campaign look like below

Create an Email list in that “Sample Campaign”, and then click on “Add”

Then you will get the following window

Enter the details

Then click on “Subscribe”

Then you will get the Created member Profile

Like this you have to create members

Now go to vtiger instance

Go to Mail chimp->Click on “+” Icon

And create a Campaign using following window

Campaign Name is the same name as the Created in “Mail Chimp” List

After enter the details click on “Save” Button, and then you will get the following window

Now move the Cursor on “More Actions”

You can able to see the “Synchronize with Mail chimp”

When you have to click on this option Mail chimp will be Synchronize with vtiger CRM

Again you will get the same window

To know the status of synchronization is successfully completed or not

Go to “More Information”

Click on “Contacts” and then you can able to see the list whatever ever you have created in

Mail chimp Account

This record is already created under lists in Mail Chimp Account

So after Synchronization that list in Mail chimp will come under Contacts in Mail Chimp of

Vtiger CRM

After Completion of Synchronization, Whatever Contact you are going to create under

Mail Chimp ->Mail Chimp Name -> More Information ->Contacts

Those Contacts will create automatically in Mail Chimp Account
