THE  MAGOS  LEADERSHIP    Founder  and  Chief  Executive  Officer  (CEO)  Anri  Lategan  

 Anri  Lategan  is  the  founder  and  CEO  of  the  Magos  Group.  She  has  16  years  experience  in  SAP,  training  and  change  management,  process  analysis  and  integration,  business  development,  transition  management,  continuous  business  improvement,  and  project  management  across  multiple  industries.    She  has  been  extensively  involved  with  the  Anglo  American  Group  of  Companies  for  14  years  holding  various  positions  and  managing  the  client  relationships  both  internally  as  an  employee  and  consultant,  and  externally  as  a  Service  Manager  for  Accenture  SA.      

   Anri  is  passionate  about  encouraging  skills  development  in  South  Africa  and  therefore  focused  on  developing  people's  potential.    Development  of  companies'  most  valuable  asset  -­‐  it's  people,  could  be  driven  with  much  more  commitment  within  organizations.        Chief  Operations  Officer  (COO)  Hein  Fourie  

 Hein  Fourie  has  33  years  experience  in  the  mining,  engineering,  and  training  fields.    Hein  has  been  extensively  involved  in  the  learning  and  development  of  apprentices,  pupil  engineers,  and  artisans  within  the  mining  community.    Hein  worked  15  years  combined  in  different  training  capacities  in  the  mining  industry  at  AngloGold  Ashanti  and  18  years  in  an  operational  management  capacity  in  the  engineering  field  in  the  gold  and  coal  mining  industry  for  AngloGold  Ashanti,  Aveng  Mining,  and  Shaft  Sinkers.      

Hein  has  a  deep-­‐rooted  love  for  developing  people  and  this  was  evident  in  his  first  leadership  role  in  the  military,  followed  by  his  training  initiatives  whilst  in  an  engineering  position.    He  has  carried  that  love  for  talent  throughout  his  career  and  remains  passionate  about  people’s  learning  and  development  within  a  safe  learning  environment.
