Chemistry is the study of all

things, the elements that make

them and how they behave. Get ready for

these chemical reactions!

Physics - the study of matter, energy,

and the interaction between them. We’ll be dipping into this

fascinating, and vast subject.

Biology is the study of all living

things. Our mini biologists will be learning about

the natural world and the things

that live in it, including plants,

animals, the human body, nutrition

and much much more!

We’ll be zooming out of the stratosphere to explore the final frontier; Space. It’ll be

out of this world.

Robotics is a fascinating part of science as it helps

to make work and your life easier, and will be our

inspiration for today’s camp.

About our camps

Important stuff

Our camps are ideal for children from 4 - 8 years of age and are designed to stimulate curiosity and inspire creativity through a range of art, craft, cooking and music projects. Whether they are carrying out giant science experiments, rehearsing a musical performance using home-made instruments or designing and building a giant cityscape from cardboard boxes, our experienced camp leaders guide children to build relationships, learn social skills, practise problem-solving and teamwork and above all, have fun! Drinks, snacks and lunch are provided and independent ‘what if’ thinking is strongly encouraged!

Camps are open to members and non-members.

Camp sessions will run Monday to Friday from 27th July to 28th August. Camps will start at 10.30am and finish at 4.00pm. Early drop-off and late pick-up options are also available.To reduce risk of transmission we must keep children within consistent ‘bubbles’ throughout the week, so we can only accept full week bookings, rather than being able to choose specific days each week. Each week’s camp will only proceed subject to sufficient demand. Full payment in advance is required to secure a booking. If we have to cancel a week’s session we will notify a minimum of 7 days prior to the start date and offer a full refund.We do not offer refunds if you choose to cancel your booking – though, upon provision of a medical note, exceptional circumstances such as a child being unwell or needing to isolate as a result of Covid-19 will be considered.

Our camps can get a little messy, so please make sure your little ones aren’t wearing their best wear old clothes. We offer drinks, snacks and lunch (and breakfast / tea for early / late pick-up). Our kitchens are nut-free but please let us know in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Science is all around us and we are never too young to be introduced to some of the basic wonders of seeing how different components react to each other, mixing, baking, amazing colours and even eruptions! Get messy, get mixing and most importantly get experimenting - you never know what you will discover.
