Law of Trespass7 The law of trespass in relation to land is designed to

protect an individual from unlawful interference by somebody else with his

land. Trespassing on to somebody else?s land without a lawful e3cuse is an

o;ence itself and is one of the rare forms of tort claims in which a

claimant can bring a claim without having to prove any damage has

occurred. &owever it is not a criminal o;ence and so property owners

must bring their claim in the civil courts.

Ethical 2onstraintsEthical 2onstraints aren@t necessary things that you could get arrested for

wor+ing within accepted norms of society and you have to behave in what

is considered the right way without o;ending anyone. This is covered by

selfAregulating industry codes and it@s up to the producer of whatever

writing that degrades any person?s race however ) will not be able to ma+e

my spread multiAracial as ) am using a singular model who is white.

Disability:#isability is something else that media companies attempt to

+eep on top of due to the fact that it helps with image as well as showing

that they are doing their bit to attempt to help the children or adults who

    (nd themselves in this situation.

Application: 4gain within my magazine cover ) will not depict disability

to be a laughable thing or show any material that could possibly cause

them serious mental harm. &owever ) won?t be able to deliver to thedisabled community due to the fact that my model is an able bodied

    person.

Gender:2ompanies +now the importance of presenting themselves as

gender neutral which is why li+e the race reasons they employ a mi3ture

of both male and female talent in order to widen their demographic and

show their support as well as showing content aimed at both gender

pro(les in order to achieve ma3imum popularity.
