Magazine Advert Draft:Graphs and Analysis of Questionnaire

Question One

‘Are you male or female?’

There is nearly an even divide on gender (8 were females and 7 were males) this shows me that I need to make my magazine advert appealing to both genders, instead of just one.

Question Two

‘What music genre did you feel that this digipak fitted into?’

The R&B genre was the most picked genre out of all the options, with 6 picking the R&B genre. However looking at all the results I can see that a wide range of genres were picked such as Indie (4) and Hip Hop (2). This tells me that when improve my magazine advert I need to make it more dominant in its genre by adding more things that fit into the R&B genre.

Question Three

‘What general genre did you feel that this digipak fitted into?’

Across the board there was a more even range of genres picked ranging from Romance (5) to Action (3). When improving my magazine advert I know that I need to make the romance genre more pronounced.

Question Four

‘On a scale of 1-10 what would you rate this music video?’

As the highest rating that the magazine advert received was 7 and the lowest was 4 shows that I need to improve it. When improving my digipak I know that I have got to change things such as the colours and images to make it more appealing to the audience.
