Tax-Forfeited Lands • Clean-up fund for “orphan” sites • COJs limited to two per specific property • Protections against certain uses at forfeited sites • Deter delinquencies on common elements and
personal property leases • Reduced time for DNR classification and municipal hold • Exempt eCRV requirement for tax-forfeited lands
