MAC Replace lubricating oil and lub. oil flter.

2. Remove the valves rom both cylinders. Check or carbon deposits.

Dismantle the valve or cleaning & repair i necessary. se spare part kit no.

!"2"M#2$ !"2%M#2$ !"'M#2 and !"%2M#2 to overhaul valves.

All valve gaskets should be replaced (ith ne( parts at assembly.

!. )nspect the *e+ible coupling bet(een compressor and motor.

. Check all bolts and nuts or proper tightness. Also check vibration dampers and

hose connections i the unit is *e+ibly mounted.

Check that no oil has come in contact (ith the rubber elements in the vibration

dampers.

,. )nspect cylinder suraces through valve apertures.

-. unction/test the saety valve. 0tart the compressor$ and slo(ly close the stop

valve on the compressed air line.

 1he air pressure should not e+ceed ma+. orking pressure 3 %"4. 1he saety

valves are sealed and the setting should not be ad5usted.

  ) the valves are malunctioning or open at (rong pressure$ the saety valves

should be replaced.

6. )nspect all pipe connections 7compressor running8.

9. Check that all automatic e:uipment is unctioning properly.
