The Online Business Manager Mentorship Program features two level of membership: Group Mastermind and Private VIP.

Online Business Manager Mentorship Program – Group Mastermind Level• 3 Virtual Mastermind Retreats hosted by your coach, Tina Forsyth

These carefully-crafted intensive virtual events will feature structured masterminding, strategy generation, feedback on ideas, action plans and support. At each meeting, you will have the opportunity to share how things are going on in your business and request what help you most need. You will receive feedback, connections and course-correction as suitable from Tina and your mentorship colleagues, as well as hot-seat coaching for any areas that would benefit from deeper work. This type of business masterminding and network formation can be very difficult to arrange outside a mentorship program such as this, and is a pivotal piece of the value in your investment.

The duration of each retreat will be 1 or 2 days - subject to variation according to the number of participants accepted into the mentorship. Dates of the Virtual Mastermind Retreats will be scheduled at the beginning, middle, and end of the program.

• 12 Monthly Mastermind Training Calls

These monthly in-depth training calls will be led by Tina Forsyth and selected guest trainers. Each call will be 75-minutes in length and will be recorded and transcribed for future reference. Calls will start in November 2010 and continue through to October 2011.

• 12 Monthly Group Q & A Calls

These monthly calls with Tina Forsyth will allow space to answer your questions and get laser coaching on your business. Prior to each session, you will have the opportunity to submit your question or challenge for the group’s focus. If nothing is pressing, attend to learn from the progress and challenges your colleagues are going through. This environmental support is often the most eye-opening portion of these calls as you hear the wins being earned, and risks being taken your peers. Each call will be 75 minutes in length. Calls will start in November 2010 and continue through to October 2011.

• MP3 downloads for all calls

These will be made available immediately after each call on a monthly basis, for repeat listening and note taking, or catching up should you be unable to attend a call in person.

This exclusive online community will be your resource for questions throughout the month, allowing for questions, speedy feedback, support, sharing of resources and recommendations.

• Your Featured Profile at the OBM Association and in the OBM Newsletter

A complete profile, including your photo, description of your services, contact info, and website URL will be featured on the homepage of the International Association of Online Business Managers and in an issue of Tina’s OBM Newsletter so as to give you maximum exposure to business owners seeking an OBM.

You receive access to links of all of our trusted contacts and recommended tools including: website design, logo design, CD duplication, merchant & cart accounts, podcast posting, article posting, audio recording, teleconference recording, virtual assistants, video creation, web marketing, and many more! • 2 Half-day Virtual VIP Planning Sessions with Tina Forsyth

We begin your year of mentorship with a private half-day (3 hour) meeting where we focus deeply on your business: where you are currently, what you desire to build, and how to get there. We address strategic questions around your business structure, ideal client, marketing strategies and income opportunities to create long-lasting impact and sustainable growth. Dates for initial VIP Planning Sessions will be scheduled for November and our second session will be booked for later in the year when it serves you and your business best.

• Twice Monthly 1-1 Coaching Calls with Tina Forsyth

Regularly scheduled 45-minute coaching calls enable you to get questions answered in a timely manner. Tina will leverage her experience and expertise to provide resources and recommendations that accelerate your progress, foresee blind spots or missing pieces to your plan, and help you overcome obstacles, answer questions, and generally ‘watch your back.’

• Monthly Emergency ‘SOS’ Calls

One 15-minute call per month ‘as needed’ for when unexpected situations arise and you need immediate support. Tina will be available for these calls within 24 hours of request (and much quicker where possible) during her regular work week (Monday – Thursday.)

• Email support/access between calls

You will have unlimited access to Tina between calls for questions, support and guidance via email. Tina will respond to all emails within 24 hours (and sooner where possible) within her regular work week (Monday-Thursday.)

Online Business Manager Mentorship Program | PARTICIPANT AGREEMENTBy signing where indicated below, you irrevocably agree that, if Online Business Manager, a division of 901691 Alberta Ltc. (the “Company” or “we/us”) approves your Application and accepts you as a 2011 Online Business Manager Mentorship Program (the “Program”) participant, then this Online Business Manager Mentorship Program Participant Agreement (the “Agreement”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the Program. By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the address you provided on the program application.

By completing the Application and signing below, you authorized the Company to charge your credit or debit card, or cash your check, as indicated above, as payment for your membership in the Program, if the Company approves your Application and accepts you into the Program. Furthermore, you agree that if you are accepted into the Program, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire 12-month course of the Program, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the Program, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan. We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company.

By signing below, you agree (1) not to infringe any Program participant’s or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company, (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions. By signing below, you further agree that (4) all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and (5) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited. Further, by signing below, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/or the other Program participants(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
