Progress week 11 (March 9)• Present:
AC, BS, FD, GP, SC, FR, MT, NB, SaG, StG, ThS, Di, Cl, FM, OM
• Progress: • Dismounting top of access structure C-side: CF, PV (EA-team)• Alignment bar preparation and installation: SaG, ThS, BS• Cabling Inner part: Advancing well on A-back. MT, StG• Installation R3/R4 chambers: The urgently to be mounted chambers on the
top of A-front are in place. MT, BS• Installation GEM chambers C-back: Difficult, but progress has been made
and the remaining problems are addressed properly. But we are not yet “out of the woods” and have unfortunately limited access this week. Di, Cl, FM, AC
• Gas tests and Electronic tests: We are catching up. Overall the progress is good (see Fernando’s table for details). AC, FR
Plans week 12 (March 16)• Present:
AC, BS, FD, FR, MT, SaG, StG, ThS, Di, Cl, MAr, AZ, MAn, OM
• Plans: • Alignment bar installation and survey: SaG, ThS, JCG, CF• Dismounting top of access structure A-side: CF, PV (EA-team) • Cabling Inner part: Complete A-back. MT, StG• Installation R4 chambers: Mount 1-2 chambers on top of A-back, (A-
column) from calorimeter passarelle. MT, MAr• Installation GEM chambers: Continue with C-front today, then move to A-
back from Tuesday afternoon until Thursday. Modify top balconies for GEM fixation. Di, Cl
• Gas tests and Electronic tests: Continue to catch up. Start to fix problems discovered during the electronics test. AC, FR, MAn
• Open C-side and install two nacelles between M3/4 and M4/5
