1- BMSA Constitution & Bylaws:

Getting the Chance to serve as BMSA Secretary

General & treasurer for 2 terms and as a member in

Bylaws amendments Task force, I believe that I have

enough experience that will guarantee the Bylaws are

implemented in the Proper way.

2- Financial management :

Having the opportunity to serve as BMSA treasurer

for 2 terms and as fundraising director for 3 terms,

will definitely be directly supporting the newly

elected treasurer, will work hard to make sure of the

proper handling of the financial support for BMSA

activities.

I will work closely with the treasurer and the Standing

Committee Officers to guarantee a wise management

of our finances without any substantial defect in the

quality of our activities.

3- BMSA exchange Program :

After being an associate member and after having 3

contracts. BMSA Exchange will be a critical issue that

we all should focus on it.

I plan to work closely with the BMSA exchange team to ensure the quality of our exchanges both the outgoing and incoming divisions.

I will work closely on maintaining and improving the quality of the TO work through focusing on those main points:- Communication. Keeping a Close Communication with the rest of the

team of Officials.

Ensure that the majority of the team is integrated in the work.

Sending regular & transparent updates on the pressing updates on both Local and National Level.

- Support & Motivation. Motivating and supervising the work within the Team

of Officials through supporting any of them with any strategic advice.

Doing my Best to keep the team spirit through frequent meetings, outings and conjoint activities and projects.

Involving the rest of the team of officials in the managerial work of BMSA as much as possible to

create a new well experienced cadre of members that can steer the wheel of the federation for the coming years.

Hence, having an established well developed regular evaluation and monitoring system will give us the chance to check the progress in our work and how to make it cope with our missions. I will work on it with the sec.gen. And the VP because our evaluation system was not good in previous terms.

- Archiving & Handover. Having a well-developed manual system for Archiving and handover will overcome the time gaping we waste during transition from a board and to ensure a smooth continuity for the work.

1- Capacity building. BMSA Man Power / Human resources is the key for a better federation we are dreaming about And As the quality of Our federations’ outcome depends mainly on how skilled of its members so we have to build a skilled, qualified, representative members.

So I am planning to give the capacity building enough time and effort to guarantee a second and third line of experienced members in all Standing Committees for a sustainable and long term strategy plan. In order to overcome the transition that happens sometimes when it comes from a generation to another. I will do this through;

- Cooperate with BMSA PSDD to make online campaigns for recruitment of a lot of members and make people know more about us.

- Cooperate with BMSA TSDD to hold training session for old members and new members separately to minimize the gap between them.

- Cooperate with BMSA Project SDD & VP to make a strict time line for BMSA Local & National projects.

- Encourage BMSA members to attend IMSA-Egypt national events and G.As.

2- BMSA local general assemblies.

Planning with new BMSA T.O to make them more attractive as they are very important cornerstone in BMSA Structure; especially in Bylaws amendments & BMSA member's status update.

1- Partners. I see that partnership is very important thing in BMSA work. So, that is the time now to have a good external relations and partners as it's very useful in BMSA marketing & branding and Fundraising.

2- National representation of BMSA. Together with the whole National Elected Board, I’ll be working on maintaining the perfect image of BMSA between IFMSA-Egypt LCs through: - Participating in IFMSA-Egypt national teams. - LCs visits and support in their local events. - Participating in IFMSA-Egypt national events through a respected delegation. - Hosting IFMSA-Egypt National event as possible as we can.

3- BMSA membership upgrade to full member in IFMSA-

Egypt. I will work on this point from the 1st day in my term to get the full membership in IFMSA-Egypt.

4- BMSA Branding, marketing and public relations.

* Good marketing gives rise to very good opportunities. And we in BMSA pioneer in doing huge amount of work, including our projects, exchange programs and the different events, yet we still need to work on our marketing and branding strategies. - Visualization is one of the most important aspects of marketing, so together with the Vice President and the Publication Support Division; I will be working on establishing our marketing strategy that includes: - A user friendly website. - Interactive and updated social media portals. - Publications. - Updating corporate identity.

Facebook: is from the easiest way of communication so making sure that all news and pictures of any BMSA meeting or activities will be uploaded on Facebook.
