• Coached Workouts will be held twice per month.• Tenantive start date Feb 22. - End May 31st• Weekly “homework” will be given via a google calendar.• Each coached practice will be a review of “homework” and

the next week(s) objectives will be given.• All athletes will be video taped pre and post program for

swimming and running. These videos will help the athlete understand fully what their bodies look like in motion.

The Moxie U - 18 athletes will have the mentorship from the Moxie National Team. This will only enhance the amount of exposure and resources available to the athletes pre and post competition. The U - 18 Team will also have full access to the sponsors of the National Team.
