Traditional methods for connecting rebar, such as lapping or welding are becoming obsolete.  The overlapped rebar represent wasted rebar material and time consuming rebar fixing. 

Mechanical Rebar couplers are thus paving the way to provide better structural integrity while minimizing costs and problems associated with lap splicing. 

Our EN-8D based MIL-Rebar Couplers provide:  15% greater tensile strength,  22% higher ductility and  14% greater yield stress results  than its competitors.

THIS SYSTEM OF CONNECTION UTILIZES AN INTERNALLY THREADED COUPLER TO JOIN TWO COLD-FORGED

AND THREAD-ROLLED BAR ENDS TOGETHER. EACH BAR END IS

THREADED TO HALF THE LENGTH OF THE COUPLER. THEY ARE USED WHERE

THE CONTINUATION BAR CAN BE ROTATED. FINAL TIGHTENING IS BY

WRENCH, SPANNER, ETC.

Every MIL-REBAR Coupler follows strict guidelines of establishedQuality Assurance Programme. Raw materials, products andprocesses are properly documented. Company Logo and Codingsystem is implemented for easy identification and traceability.

MIL-REBAR Couplers are produced in CMC & SPM Machines at ourfacility at Faridabad to avoid long lead times and save transport costs. 

SERVICE

Along with manufacturing of MIL-REBAR Couplers, we also provide threading and rebar upsetting service at your work site.

Threading machines can be made available upon request. Our aim is toprovide the most economical and structurally viable products andservices to enhance reinforcement integrity and improve the overallquality of your project, reducing steel wastage and costs of labour.
