• Location of individual employees can be seen on a map.

• Business can create multiple hierarchies to manage their accounts by groups or regions as required with

separate logins. Different users with varying access levels can have different team views and visibility in

to points of interest free of cost. The hierarchy of the access levels is as follows

• Once successfully logged in the subscriber can select to perform any of the following functions from the

o Edit Profile.

o Add member.

o Modify member.

o Check Location.

• The check location option can be used to check logs to view location history of tracked

vehicles/members.

• Users can add employees or perform other activities. List of employees can be added in bulk by Mobilink

free of cost.

• A tracking consent from each and every employee/vehicle/member shall be recorded in the system and

is mandatory. Otherwise the account holder shall have to submit an Affidavit for taking the consent on

its own and take full responsibility and indemnify Mobilink and its vendor(s).

• The location of all employees will be updated on the web portal accordingly to the set schedule.

• The employer can also track the location of an employee through SMS by sending e.g. ‘FIND

• To terminate the service, SMS ‘UNSUB’ to the respective short code.

• Add-on can only be enabled through main account Access Level 0 (Accountholder):

• You can set separate schedule for different set, vehicles or individual employee on different days

No one will be able to view your contacts except you as Mobisafe provides secure

Q2: I am a mobisafe subscriber and my phone is lost/broken. How will I retrieve my

contacts?

For GPRS version

Send an SMS to 427 to get mobisafe settings on your new mobile phone and

synchronize to get complete copy of your all contacts.

For SMS version:

Send an SMS ‘GET ‘to 427. All your lost contacts will be sent to you through SMS. OR

Send an SMS ‘GETV ‘to 427.All your contacts are sent to your handset via business card.

You will receive 20 contacts at one time and then to get remaining contacts you have to

send ‘GETV ‘ to 427. You just need to save all the business cards to have complete copy

of your contacts.

Q3: I have accidentally deleted some contacts! Can I retrieve them?

Yes! Mobisafe provides the secure backup of your contacts on the web which is

password protected. If you accidentally deleted some contacts from your handset you

just need to sync to get your deleted contacts. If you have deleted contacts from the

web then you only have to send an SMS to 427. All deleted contacts within past

30 days will be restored.

For GPRS version:

Click on the sync profile in Sync menu on your phone and Synchronise to restore your

contacts in your handset. You will have to Synchronise again to retrieve all restored

contacts on your phone.

For SMS version:

Send an SMS ‘GET ‘ to 427. The deleted contact will be retrieved on your phone

through SMS.

Q4: If my contacts are saved in SIM memory instead of Phone memory, will

Phonebook Saver work?

No Contacts must be saved on phone memory for Phonebook Saver service to work. If

you have your contacts saved on SIM, just copy them to phone memory to avail this

service.

Q5: Why did I receive an SMS saying “Your mobisafe service is temporarily blocked”?On 1st of every month, subscription is charged. If you do not have sufficient balance,

your mobisafe service will be temporarily blocked. Your contacts will remain saved for

30 days. Please recharge your account if you wish to retain your saved contacts and

continue using this service
