Some of them…Strategies
1 Focus. If you are focused in doing something you will gain an expertise. That would be your differentiation point.
2Industrial vertical. There are many IT companies that develop software within some industries. They would deliver better software, because they are acknowledged about the industry. Examples: media, banking, Oil&GAS
3 Added value. Some companies for example provide their customers with consulting services and business analisys.
4Awards and recognition. If you are an award wining company, customers will work likely with you as your work results are recognized by experts.
5To be the first in a niche. If you start to work with disruptive technologies - you will become a market leader, because you’ve created a nich. Examples: warbles, VR, AI etc.
6Certification. Many customers prefer to work with companies that have certified engineers, and the one that are certified by international standards. Example of standards: ISO, security certifications etc.
