Design is a language. And just as a language transforms into beauty

when it ’s used in poems and literature, we also need to speak the

language of design thoughtfully and with a finesse. The poems of

design exists balancing on a thin edge between minimalistic design

and feminine attraction.

We believe that great design is simple and clear in its communication.

The idea is the part that starts the conversation with the consumer.

It ’s the idea that speaks to you when you choose what to wear and

it ’s the idea that makes you remember a particular design from all

the other designs surrounding it.

Copenhagen is the design capital of Scandinavia - we have all the

great designers in our heritage and living here means we’re surrounded

by great architecture and design and that design-thinking is a natural

part of how we approach every new idea.

When asked about what defines Lulu Badulla we often say Danish

design meets Paris - by this we mean that our design heritage is

often known of as minimalistic and extremely simple, but when working

with jewelr y and beauty, the design term often lacks the feminine part

and this is where our Paris inspiration kicks in. Chic, fashion, pink and

a feeling of voluminous beauty is what we tr y to mix into our universe.

All together this is what defines Lulu Badulla.
