Dear Lucky Dog friends and Supporters, Lucky Dog Animal Rescue (LDAR) is excited to announce we are hosting our 9th Annual Wags & Wine Extravaganza at Barrel Oak Winery!

For three hours, guests will enjoy the beautiful landscape, drink wine and enjoy the sweet melodies of a live band. GottaSwing dance instructors will also be on hand offering free dance lessons!

Additionally, attendees will get to bid on auction items and enter to win one of our amazing raffle items.

Once again Barrel Oak Winery will be hosting our extravaganza. And all proceeds will benefit Lucky Dog Animal Rescue.

WHO WE ARELucky Dog Animal Rescue (LDAR) is a volunteer-powered, 501c3 organization working to save shelter dogs and cats from certain euthanasia. Every year, 3-4 million animals are euthanized in shelters across the country. Without organizations like LDAR, this number would be double. Since its founding in May 2009, LDAR has rescued more than 11,000 dogs and cats from high-kill, underfunded rural shelters.

With no boarding facility of its own, LDAR is primarily run and administered by unpaid volunteers who welcome dogs at transports, provide them with loving foster homes, drive them to and from adoption events, and carefully screen prospective adopters. LDAR is an all-breed rescue and will not turn an animal away simply because he or she has an expensive medical condition. To continue to provide this exceptional care to animals down on their luck, Lucky Dog Animal Rescue relies heavily on supporters and donors like YOU!
