Lubricus Lubrication System – LUB-B & LUB-V Settings

1a) To switch on Lubricus or make changes you need the ‘activation magnet’. The ‘nose’ of the magnet is your operating /programming key.

1) Commissioning of the system (switch on/switch off )

1c) To switch on/off Lubricus put the head of the magnet to the front of the unit (small deepening below display)

2d) Display shows „On“ (blinking) for 3 sec., if no further action is done Lubricus goes into the operating mode and operates according to the settings of P1 and P2.Device starts a test run (Display shows „run“) ; afterwards the required counter pressure (e.g. max07) is shown on the display.

2) Activate Lubricus/switch on

3a) Hold the magnet key to the “action area” until the red LED on the display flashes 3 times !=> Lubricus turns off, Display shows „OFF“

. 3) Switch off LubricusON ON OFF

1b) The magnet can be found at the top of the housing/plastic cover.Open the ventilation lock (turn clockwise to OPEN) and remove the activation magnet.

2a) Open ventilation lock (turn clockwise to OPEN) and remove the activation magnet.

2b) To switch Lubricus on hold the magnet key to the “action area” in front of the drive unit until the red LED on the display flashes 3 times => remove activation magnet

2c) Display changes from „OFF“ to „On“basic settings are shown at the display:a) Display : 03 = 3.0 V battery operation (Type LUB-V shows 24V) b) Display :A01 = 1 outlets or A02 = 2 outlets (depending on model) c) Display :P₁ 12 operating time/cartridge (basic setting 12 months)d) Display :P₂ 01 delivery rate (= number of strokes, each 0, 15 cm³, basic setting 1)

4a) Follow the procedure described in 2), in other words: Þ Switch on Lubricus with the activasion magnet (red LED flashes red 3 times ) Þ Wait until basic settings are shown on the display Þ While the display is flashing „On“ ,touch the programming magnet until the red LED flashes two times (at the display) , then remove the operating magnet quickly

4) Lubricus – make changes to settings

=> Touch the programming magnet to the action area until the red LED flashes twice=> remove magnet quickly and the Lubricus operates as described in 4d)

4b) Setting P1 Þ Hold the magnet while "ON" flashes about 2 seconds , then Display shows P1 12 (basic setting) => Touching the pad with the button will change the display (1 to 36 is possible)Holding the button on the pad causes the display to “run”, short touches will cause the display to increase by 1. Enter the desired setting. When the pad is not touched for more than 2 sec. the display moves on with the next step P₂.

4c) Setting P2

=>Touching the pad with the button changes the display (1 to 30 is possible)Holding the button on the pad causes the display to “run”, short touches will cause the display to increase by 1. Enter the desired setting.When the pad is not touched for more than 2 sec., setting is finished and data will be saved.

4d) Lubricus is ready for operationÞAfter removal of the magnet Lubricus goes over into the operating mode and works according to the settings P1 and P2.

=> Device starts a test run (Display shows „run“) and afterwards the required counter pressure (e.g. max07) is shown on the display.
