Nini and I will be pursuing a variance to the City's building bylc!WS to support the building of a.2 car
garage on our property. Due to the elevation ·challenges on our lot, the building will require a lower
floor that will provide the structur;;i_l integrity tor an elevated slab. The access to the garage will be from
Bedford Place and vehicle parking will be on the top level. The. structuraJ lower floor will. result in the
building exceeding the floor space allowance for a detached structure.
