Service process:
Raw water is pumped into the tank, aerated and
passing through different layers of filter materials.
Backwash process:
Once a day, the filter is backwashed with water
and rinsed with air to remove scale from the filter.

Raw water - groundwater or surface water - contains a variety of
contaminants that can make the water unsuitable for drinking. The
desired water quality can be achieved with a pressure filter with
individually designed and composed layers of filter media.
First step to achieve clean water is to supply Nordic Technologies with a
raw water analysis. Based on this information we are able to design and
provide price guideline for the filtration process.

Our Water Kiosks are fully automated for safe and reliable continuous operation.
We deliver drinking water which meet WHO and local standards.
Water is paid for using a pre-paid (re-charged) swipe card, coins or mobile solutions.
Heavy metals, bacteria, virus and other harmful pollutants in the raw water are
efficiently removed with our reversed osmosis system comprising a combination of
filtration, membrane separation and desinfection.

1. Fully automatic 3000 gallon reverse osmosis water purification machine,
which is controlled by microcomputer, including electronic control and
temperature control. Water supply for 24/7.
2. Integrated purification board, Separate area to prevent secondary
pollution, easy modification of design and easy deployment.
3. RO membrane components which remove the harmful organic substance
such as microorganism, bacteria, virus, fertilizers, and heavy metal,
whereas useful minerals are maintained.
4. The patented technology of modified filter material is applied, which
extends the service life and reduces the operation costs.
5. Automatic control, no staff is needed for maintenance.
6. Swipe card to take water and the card can be recharged, automatic
water supply, sufficient water quantity
7. Low wastewater discharge, configuration of solar panels (optional), energy
saving and environmental protection.
Water quality requirement: Apply low pressure reverse osmosis equipment with
high water flux when TDS is smaller than 1000
Apply high pressure membrane reverse osmosis equipment when TDS is bigger
than 1000
Power: Smaller than 2KW
Power supply: 220v/50Hz
Water supply: 0.25T/h 0.5T/h 1T/h
Water pressure: 0.1-0.6Mpa; Pressure tank with minimum 1 ton storage and 0.3
Mpa is needed when using well water
Installation requirement: Hardened ground, 50mm higher than ground, 50mm
larger than board room size
Outlet requirement: Drainage or it can be recycled according to the
conditions.

In order to decide on the right membrane technology it is
important to analyze the raw water quality. This analysis will
determine the Correct filtration process.
The left figure shows the different membrane technologies for
different contaminations in the raw water.
Choosing the right type of membrane determines the price
of producing water.

Nordic Technologies and its technology partners designs,
manufactures, and supplies modular, containerized
seawater treatment plants for the many different sectors.
Our containerized modules, are all assembled, wired, and
plumbed, are specially designed for fast and easy
