If no-one is available please leave a message and someone will get back to shortly. Some achievements in our association since last time Cleaning and filming of the sewage pipes has been completed. We have received documentation and it is currently being analysed. We have had some problems with some Washing machines and Dryers and they will be replaced. Cleaning day completed with great satisfaction Three drainage pumps are ordered to be replaced. The work with replacement of the lining between the buildings has begun The problem with the circulation pump and heating control in Block 10 and 11 has been corrected. Future needs is a complete replacement of control system. Financials The work on the budget for 2019 has begun and we have a preliminary budget done. Our maintenance costs will increase, mainly because our land lease will increase as we have previously informed. No other significant changes in cost is estimated. The increase in cost is estimated to be offset by an increase in the monthly fees by 2%, also because of the 2% increase for this year. Installation of charging stations The work with the installation of the charging stations in the garage is ongoing. At the moment the tendering process is ongoing and a decision regarding vendor is expected to happen in the beginning of November. The work is expected to be finalised in early 2019. There will be charging stations in slot B and C. We will come back with more information later. Among other things we will need to clear some parking rows during the installation of new electrical wires. Leisure activities In a separate circular we informed of the plans for new activates during the autumn Pub evening in the recreational room on Friday the 26 th of October at 18:00 “Glögg” evening on Sunday the 25 th of November at 16:00 We hope that there will be many participants

Barbecue spot in yard no 8 During the autumn the barbecue spot in yard no 8 will be shielded off from the day care’s playground and will have a new entrance and new a stone floor. The work is expected to start in Week 43 Energy savings – exchange of light sources The board has decided to change the lights in the • Yard • Entrance halls • Basements • Laundry rooms By changing the lights we will reduce our electrical usage and thus the costs and more environmentally friendly. The lights will be as bright as today or brighter We greet welcome to new members A number of flats has changed ownership and we greet all with a happy welcome. Remember to read the information binder you have received and review Lärkan and our web page Information meetings The board have had two information meetings on the 15th and the 18th of October were about 50 members have participated. Those of you that couldn’t attend in October – don’t miss the two information meetings in November. • Monday the 12th of November at 18:00 • Thursday the 15th of November at 13:00 Next “Lärka” and upcoming board meetings. Lärkan will be sent out about a week from the next board meeting which will take place on the 20th of November. Don’t forget the Information meetings posted above!
