LPHI IT Preparations

We have purchased a set of offsite servers that we can use in an emergency.

These servers will give us access to the mail on the Exchange server as well as data on the L and O drives.

These servers will be activated if the building loses power and our primary servers are offline.

When will the emergency servers be available?

The emergency servers will be activated in the event of a disaster.

The emergency servers will NOT be activated for a standard evacuation. Email access is still available

through OWA (https://mail.lphi.org/exchange)

The emergency servers can be activated remotely.

Email & data access

Access to email will be continuous. Please use OWA just as you normally would any other time.

Accessing your data requires a few more steps…

You will need to connect to the offsite location using the provided VPN client.
