Address Change

The report shows the Address change details for a single/

multiple customer on a particular day or within a specified

date range.

Go to ‘Site Map’ and select ‘Service Request’ option.

Again, click on ‘Service Request’ option.

as ‘Address Change’.

particular day or a month.

Select ‘Return Orders’ screen for ‘AC4 delivery Challan

report’ under Purchase tab.

In the ‘Order Date’ field, enter the date(s) or date range for

which you want the report and filter the record.

For example:



>10-Nov-2018 (Till date)

Click on ‘Report’ icon. Report Name will come as ‘AC4

delivery Challan report’ by default.

Click on ‘Submit’ button. Click on ‘My Reports’ button to

take out the PDF of the report.
