1) AM ECE Class
The AM ECE project is a one-of-a-kind piece of art, created
by professional photographer, April Archer (Lowry mom). The
piece is a 30"x30" canvas "gallery" print with wooden framing
structure. The print is composed of 25 close-up photos,
which include each child's hand, Ms. Diana's hands, Ms.
Love's hands, and various group hand shots. The photos are
in black and white, and they show each child doing pre-
school activities such as painting, sculpting, building, and
reading. On the back of the print, a grid displays the name of
each child's hand and a description of the "activity". The
hands show the beauty of creativity, learning, and play in the
Lowry ECE classroom.

3) Ms. Francis/Ms. Criste Class “Our Neighborhood”

4) Mr. Skelskey "Water-colorful Colorado"
Each student made a small watercolor painting about what they love about living in Denver, Colorado. Every painting is mounted onto a block of wood of various heights. These blocks are mounted as one piece of art and framed for hanging.
5) Mrs. Beecher “Dinosaur Quilt” This beautiful handmade quilt has been lovingly crafted by all of Ms. Jamie's kindergarteners — right down to each personalized dinosaur and blade of grass. There are even dinosaurs from Ms. Jamie and Ms. Leyla as well, which will serve as a wonderful keepsake to remember this important year of school. This colorful quilt is large enough to fit perfectly on a child's twin-size bed and has been professionally stretched and machine quilted, so it is sure to stand up to years of use by your little one.
6) Mrs. Rebella “Snowboard”
Ms. Rebella’s students have made a snowboard with personalized art from each of the children in the class.
6) 7) Ms. Roche “iSpy table”
Each child has donated some of their favorite trinkets, and using clear resin they have been fastened to the table top. The table will come with game cards showing each trinket, who donated the trinket and the idea is to find it in the table. This work of art/table is also great for a playroom.

The main/panoramic image was shot from the Lowry Dam, and it includes Lowry architecture & the Lowry Sports Park in the foreground, with Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains in the background. The mosaic image is made up of thousands of small photos of the children in Ms. Meyer's 2nd grade class. This work of art captures the beauty of the Lowry community and the smiles of Room 310! 12) Mrs. Silva “Ready! Set! Toss!” Mrs. Silva’s class project is a cornhole set (2 boards with 8 bags) that includes kids’ artwork and pictures on it. Cornhole, also known as bean bag toss, corn toss, baggo or bags, is a lawn game in which players take turns throwing corn hole bags at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. A bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the platform scores 1 point. Play continues until a team or player reaches the score of 21. It is great fun for both adults and kids alike! 13) Ms. Minahan “Cookbook”

by each classroom family. The book will have photos of the
kids and illustrations by them as well.

1) Supplies for Mrs. Spampinato- The district provides money
for GT students that is normally used for supplies, materials,
speakers, field trips and more for the GT program. Due to
tightening budgets across the district, this money has been
used to help pay for the GT teacher position instead of
supplies for the past two years. It will be used to pay for
many different things including Shakespeare workshops,
school buses, new video equipment for the morning
announcements, field trips, Destination ImagiNation,
competitions, Spell It. Goal - $8000
2) Teachers Discretionary Fund- Funds raised to help out our
teachers. At the beginning of the year the money is evenly
divided and given to each teacher so they have a little extra
cash to positively reinforce the children. $2500 Goal
3) Mr. Val- Type to Learn 4 online – Type to Learn 4 has
more than 100 lessons, 5 engaging, skill-targeted typing
games with each lesson, and 7 diagnostic, formative, and
summative keyboarding assessments. This is a web-
enabled version that allows students to practice from
anywhere they have an internet connection. We need $1200
to pay for the school license for this program.
4) Recess Program- Help make recess more active, more
engaging and more fun by contributing money to purchase
more playground equipment for our kids! The money raised
will go towards hula hoops, chalk, jump ropes, beanbags,
frisbees, buckets, footballs, basketballs, soccer balls, beach
balls and more! Our goal is to raise $50
