HDL.
LDL is the bad cholesterol.

Having a 50 to 60 mg/dl (1.3 – 1.6 mmol/l)
for a female and 40 and 50 mg/dl (1.03-
1.3) for male, you are at risk for having a

(1.03 mmol/l) anyone is in the danger
zone.

Lower LDL level the better. The best LDL
level is below 100 mg/dl (2.6 mmol/l). If
it is greater than 190 mg/dl (4.9
mmol/l), you are in the danger zone.

increases is called Triglycerides. If
your triglyceride levels are less than
150 mg/dl (1.7 mmol/l), you are
definitely in the good range. Over 500
mg/dl (5.6 mmol/l), you are probably
in the danger zone.
