CENTRAL COLLECTOR

S.O.S.(Stephens Ozone Super-Flow)

• Easy access for cartridge replacement: No tools required.

• Heavy duty (High Frequency) blower, 8” static pressure.

• Automatic cleaning when necessary. Magnehelic gauge for inspecting conditions of cartridges.

• Control box is standard with each S.O.S. Vent. Panel is complete with magnetic starter, filter regulator and magnehelic gauge.

• Aerodynamic design. The SOS is designed to permit the free-fall of dislodged dust to the hopper and prevent direct impingement of dust particles on the media which minimizes abrasion and dust build-up.

• No confined areas: the S.O.S is designed so the filter replacement is from the outside of the unit. Personnel do not have to enter the collector to change filter elements.

STEPHENS FILTER VENTS Provide highly effective dust control for cement, flyash and other granular materials.

DUO-DENSITY FILTER BAGS of Polyester/Dacron fibers trap 99.6% of moving dust particles, allowing the release of clean air into the atmosphere. Valuable materials are then recycled for reuse.

VENT HOUSING is constructed of high quality steel and the full length access door allows for easy maintenance and service of bags.

BLOWERS are available for all units.

Batcher VentsStephens Weigh Batcher Filter Vents are an efficient means of collecting dust particles and preventing them from being discharged into the atmosphere during the batching process. Particles accumulated are recycled and discharged back into the weigh batcher.

SV-20 BATCHER VENT mounts on top of cement batcher. The filtration process occurs when displaced air is forced through bags and clean air is pulled through the bags when the batcher discharged. (Dimensions are 23” H, 37” L, 15” W.The unit weighs approximately 150 Lbs.)

The SV-45 and SV-65 Vents mount on the side of the silo with flexible 6” diameter hose con-necting the vent to the cement batcher. The bags are cleaned by a 1/3 HP single phase motor that is activated when the batcher gate opens. The SV-45 weighs app. 420 lbs, SV-65 weighs app. 440 lbs.

SOS-80 (Cartridge Type) weigh batcher filter vent, vent mounted on top of cement batcher. Contains one replace-able cartridge that is cleaned by pulse air. No tools re-quired to replace cartridge, cartridge replacement is quick and easy. (Dimensions: 19-5/8” H x 46-3/4” L x 20-3/8” W, weight app. 135 lb.)
