For NewcomersWe welcome you today! It is our desire to minister to those who have given up on the traditional church and those with no church home. We hope to have the privilege of getting better acquainted and being of service to you in whatever ways we can. Here are some ideas for newcomers to CVCC. •RELAX! Feel free to dress casually, and don’t worry about being singled out or

embarrassed. •REST ASSURED! Weekly your children will be ministered to in a fun and

encouraging environment. They can enjoy the Kid’s program or sit with you in the main adult service.

•RELEASE THE STRESS! Please accept the worship service as our gift to you, and don’t feel any pressure to give an offering. Our regular attenders support the ministry and are delighted you are here.

•REFLECT! As a service to you a page of notes is included for each week’s message. Notes may help with your retention and application of the week’s lesson. Recorded messages are on-line weekly (capitalvision.org).

•REFRESH! Help yourself to refreshments provided by our Hospitality Team before or after the service.

• Another HUGE answer to our prayers!

• Our Current Facility (Including 3.35 Acres) is Available FOR SALE!

• Valued at over $1 Million it is offered to us at $650,000!

• ALL Proceeds from the sale of the property are going to support missions!

A Little History We moved into this facility 11 years ago from Olympia High School. We had an arrangement with the original owners to lease-to-own. For over a decade now we have treated the facility as if it was our own. We have had 24/7 access to it, and made improvements to it at our own expense. There was a change in ownership hands and we have been uncertain about our original plan. This week an agreement was made to allow CVCC to purchase the facility (10 K Sq/Ft) and land (3.35 Acres) for $650,000. It is valued much higher than that (Over $1M). We consider this to be a blessing and a huge answer to our prayers. We would like to immediately raise funds and we are assessing our financial options at this point.

Mission Support The current owners have designated a Mission with which they are affiliated; “The Barnabas Project”, as recipients for the sum of money we pay. This group focuses on helping independent missionaries in several countries.

Participation In Prayer & Giving We are inviting EVERYONE to pray and seek God with us for HIS Provision. He owns everything and this is a really easy thing for Him to provide. We, as His people, DO need to ask for his continued blessing and enabling. We also want to invite generous gifts from the CVCC family. Please lend your support! Designate special gifts or go on-line to MoGiv.com and use the “Purchase CVCC Facility” Button.Time-Frame The Elders would like to see this happen by September 30th if at all possible!
