Vision Statement
We exist to lift up our Lord and Savior by living out the Great Commission.
Dear WBC Family,
Greetings in the name of the Living Lord! Believe it or not, March is here! Our choir is preparing for Easter. Our youth are raising funds for camp this month. Our North Ameri-can missions emphasis has begun. Our Wednesday Kids for Christ
group are now using Children in Action materials and are making plans for a local missions project. Western Sunday is happening on March 15. Our new resident out-reach is progressing well and already being fruitful. One church's motto was: "A Go-ing Church for a Coming Savior." That's awesome! We are busy serving the Lord in many ways, and I want to encourage you to get in-volved and to give of yourself. It’s actually a lot more enjoyable to be busy serving with the church than it is to just sit and soak in the church. The Bible says: "the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many” (Matt 20:28). Let's follow Jesus' example and be busy serving this month! Prayerfully, Bro. Jason
Choir Notes:
For anyone who has ever had questions about their faith or their relationship with God, this year’s Easter Musical, “Is He Worthy?”, is just right for you. Easter is a season of remembrance, reflection, and rejoicing. From the moment Jesus conquered death, the praise that had always surrounded Him in Heaven, suddenly became the song that His followers took up on earth. He alone was holy. He alone could save us. When we
needed a Lamb to atone for our sins. He alone could do it! As we ponder the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, we praise God for the miracle of the resurrection, and we prepare our hearts for His promised return. With a blend of traditional hymns, classic songs, our choir will boldly proclaim Jesus is worthy of all blessing, honor, and glory. We hope that this Easter music arranged by Russell Mauldin will deepen your faith and lift your spirits.
We are just getting started, so if you would like to join us, please come to choir rehearsals on Wednes-day nights from 6:30-7:30pm. The music ministry may be the place God is calling you to. Music is a form of worship and we love preparing the hearts of our congregation with hymns and songs of our faith. There is always room for another voice lifting praises to our Lord. Come join us!

From the Youth Room:
Spring is here! Everything is thriving and growing. Including our youth! This is the time of year that we start planning for Youth Camp. We have planned where we are going, and are lining up who is going. All that is left is how are we get-ting everyone there? You guessed it… FUNDRAISER!!! On Sunday, March 29th, our youth group will be hosting a luncheon after the Sunday morning worship service. We
will also have our fun and exciting DESSERT Auction once again! We need your help and participa-tion to make this a success. Help us send our kids to camp.

Children’s Mission Project
The children have started using the Children in Action materials on Wednesday nights. This program is mis-sion focused and we are
excited to have an impact on our community. As our first mission project, the children will start collecting items needed to create care packages for nursing home residents. These items will be collected during March and April to be delivered in May. Keep an eye out in the Sunday bulletin for a complete list of items needed or call the church office for more information on how you can contribute to this worth while project!

Opportunity to Serve…
The Children’s Ministry is looking for you. Yes, you! We are looking for someone to work with the children for the Children’s Church and Extended Session rotations for Sunday Mornings, and to help out in Sunday School. If you feel that you can help in any of these areas, or just want some more infor-mation, please come talk to Cindy Botting. Our children are so important to our church. Please remain in prayer for these positions and this ministry.
Praise the Lord!
We will have our Upper Room Lord's
Supper Service on April 9th, Thursday night
of Holy Week at 6 pm.
It's a favorite worship service of mine each year!

Bible Study ~ It’s not just for kids
It is important to be in God’s word on a regular basis and to
be in fellowship with your Christian family. WBC has just what you need! There are several adult Bible studies to choose from. In the Adult 2 class, the study is “Holy Vocabulary: Unpacking the Language of Faith.” In this study you will recapture the meaning of six key words in the Bible: holy, lost, salvation, faith, sanctified, and eternal life. It doesn’t matter how our culture uses these words; what matters is how God intended for us to understand them. Their meaning makes all the difference in the world. The Adult 3 class is continuing their study of 1 Samuel. David has been anointed king, and is on the run from Saul. Over the next couple of months we will see David spare Saul, dealings with Nabal’s wife, David’s clash with the Philistines, and the death of Saul. We see throughout 1 Samuel the overarching theme of God’s greatness in deliver-ance, victory, forgiveness, and worship. God gave us His Word to teach, discipline and encourage us. We need to set apart a time to study His words, His message. Come join us Sunday mornings at 9:30 am. You’ll fit right in!

Dear Wooster Family, I’d like to take a moment to thank each of you that contributed to the “Teacher Supply” love offering. It meant a great deal to me and I know to the other teachers. I know that I am surrounded by many friends, here at WBC, and that my church family have very generous hearts. Because of your generosity, I am able to provide books to each of my students. Every month each student gets a new book that is theirs to keep. They also received an additional book at Christ-mas. So at the end of the year each one of my students will have received 10 new books for their very own! Thank you for helping me instill the joy of reading into my kids! In Christ love, Cindy Botting
