We meet all candidates before they are sent to interviews and we invite them to be registered by appointment only. 70% ofour candidates are sourced through referrals, so we know we are getting the best.
>>Telephone pre-screeningOnce we have identified potential employees we conduct a telephone interview to gauge suitability. Providing they have
satisfied our initial standards they are invited in for face-to-face interviewing and skills testing.

>>Candidates complete a full registration on our bespoke in-house systemIncludes details of education, work history, skills, reference details, bank details and essential personal information such as

‘Volume secretarial staff’The group is an international professional services firm.They utilise Ranstad as their on-site recruiter. PwC asked us to manage a project to recruit volume secretarial staff which could not be fulfilled by their on-site recruiters,Ranstad
Love Success supplied a volume campaign from London and fulfilled all their needs. Love Success held open days on site and ata local hotel after up-scaling our in-house resource team who managed the on-line advertising campaign. Open evenings and aSaturday recruitment day were arranged to attract employed applicants who were unable to interview within the working week.
Love Success have now been approached to handle another project which is up-scaling their PA network in their London office.

‘High Volume HR, Marketing and Compliance contractors’
Accenture is a multinational management consultancy,technology services and outsourcing company employing231,000 employees in 56 countries.
The directors of Love Success have supplied volumerecruitment for over 17 years to Accenture. Love Successhave worked with Accenture to source suitable candidatesacross Marketing, HR and Workplace vacancies withintheir Enterprise workforce. Love Success providedassistance for a number of campaigns, however, one that iskey was the recruitment of over 50 professional compliancepersonnel needed within a two week period. The interviewto offer ratio averaged 98%, which was an incredibleachievement and resulted in recognition from seniormanagement to Andreea Grice, the Service Delivery Leadand Accenture Recruitment Manager and Love Success.
We have worked in conjunction with Accenture on theirnew projects, working continuously across the UK. This hasresulted in being appointed 1st tier supplier for all theirMarketing and HR professionals across the business.
Deloitte
‘'The Love Success Directors and employees have supplied Deloitte a recruitmentservice for over 15 years forging a strong working partnership through twocompanies’ Love Success has worked directly with HR professionals within Deloitte, theirShared Service Centre team and through their onsite recruiters AlexanderMann. We have adapted our business services through the years to the needsof Deloitte whether it be supplying on a volume, contingent or executive searchbasis. The areas supplied cover their London and Milton Keynes centres. Our most recent successful project was to fulfil volume HR Assistants, permanentand fixed term contracts within their Milton Keynes office. The Shared Servicecentre were seeking to hire volume HR Assistants through their on-site recruiters,Alexander Mann and six various recruitment agencies, both locally in MiltonKeynes and London. The project failed after 4 volume assessment days. LoveSuccess was asked to carry out a feasibility study on why it failed. This wasconducted by Julia Vassie, Managing Director of Love Success which included anin-depth review of the job boards utilised, coupled with the pre-screening processthrough to the assessment days being analysed by conducting feedback throughthe applicants who attended the previous assessment days. This coupled with adetailed demographic analysis was presented to the Head of Shared Services. Love Success was awarded this project on an exclusive basis and recruitedsuccessfully the volumes needed within three weeks, fully controlling the processand participating in the assessment days. This was managed from London withregular onsite visits to Milton Keynes. With the general day to day recruitment needs within Deloitte, we set up directlinks to our recruitment teams, supplied written bespoke Management UserGuides as well as conducting the induction process of all new staff. All newstarters whether permanent, fixed term contract or temporary are fully inductedbefore they commence with Deloitte. This has not only saved invaluable resourcetime but has ensured that all staff are productive as soon as they start.
