After a specific training course, Mei Consultants will be able to inform customers directly, pre-

senting the products, the processes, the active ingredients and the herbal action that can be

obtained. On the other hand, given the certified origins of Mei products and being the result of

respectful production processes, they cannot be entrusted to the coldness of shop shelves.

Thanks to our long experience, we have understood

what Wellbeing is and the way to reach it. Wellbeing

does not mean treating a disease and we do not need

to wait for symptoms to look for it.

Wellbeing means feeling at the top of our psychophysi-

cal potential, sleeping well and waking up recharged. It

means feeling light and active, willing to concentrate on

our work. Above all, it means taking care of ourselves

Mei Scientific Wellbeing is the modern form of prevention, given by the detoxification with Mei SPA Rituals - born from the PMP® Phytomassopodia method - and the Mei Wellbeing Programs.

Years of studies and experiences at a high level, certified by the the-

sis of 2013 at the University of Padua - Faculty of Medicine, have

given birth to the DETOX WELLBEING PROGRAM: the prevention

method in which healthy eating habits and herbal products act in

synergy.

The DETOX PROGRAM is structured into three phases:

1. DETOX - 24 days2. CALCIUM METABOLISM - 30 days

3. MAINTENANCE - 30 days

The Program provides a nutrition education that is not a slimming

diet, in which all nutrients are properly distributed throughout the

day in 5 meals without limits in quantities.

The synergistic action with herbal supplements allows achieving

The first phase sees the purification of the excretory organs and tissues, namely those responsible for the elimination of toxins and free radicals: skin, kidneys, bowels, liver, blood. The first phase lasts 24 days and is associated with a food education conceived with a 6-day-menu to be repeated four times. It is not a slimming diet and it does not limit food quantities since all useful nutrients are present and properly distributed over the day.

Thanks to the general purifying action, which stimulates the metabo-lism and the lymphatic stagnation, a lost of weight can be observed,variable according to one’s situation.

After the purification of the first phase, the Calcium Metabolism is the ideal continuation. The mineral is supplied by Dolomite that, linked to vitamin D of Cod Liver Oil, conveys it to bones, ligaments and connective tissue (nails, teeth, eyes, hair). Together with Sili-cium, Calcium is an essential mineral for our life, whose supply in foods is becoming increasingly scarce. Given the deficiency caused by various forms of pollution and stress, the Calcium Metabolism can be extended beyond the 30 days of the second phase and re-peated at least twice a year by the most exposed categories: women in menopause and pregnancy, children and teens in their growth phase, elderly people and sportspeople.

Anti-Age Program

To further stimulate the metabolism, it is recommended to include the Anti-Age

phase lasting 18 days in the Detox Program. This Program lets excretory organs

have a rest after the “work” of the Detox, counteracts free radicals and fosters

body reshaping. The Anti-Age is thought to give relief to the body, increasing

especially mental energy. The first 4 days of metabolic reactivation are followed

by 14 days of guided menu. It allows losing weight and donates a pleasant

sensation of freshness and general brightness. In the Detox Program, it can be

inserted as second phase before the Calcium Metabolism.

After 4-6 months from the three phases of the DETOX PROGRAM, the Anti-Age

can be carried out in its own right to refresh the results obtained previously.

The Detox Program is completed by the Maintenance, which has

the aim to fix the achieved results and consolidate the organic

memory. The protagonist is MeiDei: pure juice of wild Aloe Bar-

badensis Miller with antioxidative and cell-regenerating action.

The purifying action, triggered by the first two phases, is en-

hanced in the Maintenance by the synergy with Equisetum (pure

micronized Horsetail) and BodyMei Capsules made of Alfalfa, Milk

Thistle, Galega and Verbena. These supplements boost the action

of MeiDei, improving at the same time blood values’ rebalancing,

counteracting water retention and the formation of free radicals,

while giving new tone to the skin and firmness to the muscles.

It is recommended to perform the three phases of the DETOX

PROGRAM at least once a year. After 4-6 months, you can refresh

the results obtained by doing only the 24 days of the first phase or

the ANTI-AGE Program (see page 15).

Wild Plants: only plants that naturally grow in their own environment can be called officinal plants, in other words plants, which concen-trate the active principles able to generate an herbal action. In Italy and throughout the world, Mei selects only wild plants that are rich in active ingredient and extremely effective.

Balsamic Flowering: the plants are picked by hand only when their balsamic stage is reached, corresponding to the phase of maxi-mal maturation and richness of the plant.

Titration: titration is the process of measuring the concentration of the active ingredient. A plant is considered efficacious only if it adheres to the minimum standards established by the Official Pharmacopoeia. Only plants that con-form to these specifications are used in Mei’s production.

Extraction and Concentration: once the quality has been ascertained, the plants are treated with non-invasive extraction and con-centration methods that respect the organo-leptic properties of the plant itself. From this point of view, Mei employs an exclusive cycle that combines cold extraction and inert gases, obtaining the most from the plant without us-ing chemical products or cooking processes, which would destroy its active ingredient.

Revitalized Water: in our products, we use revitalized water according to the Grand-er Method, a technique that allows water to regain the chemical and physical properties it has when it comes out of the spring. This process allows the elimination of the bacteria without using chemical preservatives. In fact, Mei phytocosmetics are stabilized with natu-ral preservatives, instead of the synthetic ones usually used.

Officinal Plants’ Vegetation Water: Mei is the first company to use the water in which officinal plants are infused. The water preserves the memory of their active ingredients and Mei phytocosmetic products are the first in history to replace the “AQUA” ingredient with “OFFICI- NALIS WATER”. In Mei products, from simple emulsifying base, water has become a func-tional ingredient.

Mei Phytocosmetic Treatments FACE

The skin is an organ to be respected. Phitoeudermia® means “beautiful skin thanks to plants”. These are the inspiring principles of Mei phytocosmetics: different from ordinary cosmetics as they are realized with the purest essential oils, ex-tracted from wild officinal plants. Mei phytocosmetics are free of petrolatum, para-bens, paraffins and harmful chemical ingredients, while emulsifying bases, preservatives and allergen-ic surfactants have been replaced by vegetable raw materials, which are “clean” and free of side effects.

For these reasons, it is important not to mix Mei products with other cosmetics. In particular, it is essential to combine the cleansing products with the creams, to ensure that the active principles act in synergy. Otherwise, you can risk occluding the skin, preventing the essential oils from penetrating and ex-erting their particular action.
