Documents needed to enrol

• A photocopy of the UCL acceptance document "Autorisation d'inscription“,

• A color passport size photograph with a white background,

• A copy of a valid passport or identity card,• For non-European Union citizens: a copy of the page

that contains the student visa ASP,• A proof of health insurance (photocopy of European

health card or a private insurance certificate),• A photocopy of your housing contract, • The special enrolment application for exchange

student available at www.uclouvain.be/en-362863

When: Monday 12:30–16:00

Tuesday–Friday 8:30–11:00

Who: Non-EU Student mandatory

EU Student optional

Go the the City Hall within the first 8 days of your arrival, even if you don’t have all

the documents yet.

• 5 euros

• Academic enrolment at UCL for 2015-16

• UCL/LSM Admission letter

• A proof of health insurance
