Shortcross Gin Northern Ireland First Premium Craft Gin At Rademon Estate Distillery are proud to be Northern Ireland’s First Craft Distillery. Their small batch philosophy ensures that every aspect of Shortcross Gin meets their exacting vision, from foraging for botanicals in the surrounding country estate to labelling and signing every bottle - everything is crafted and perfected by hand.

Created by husband and wife team David and Fiona Boyd-Armstrong, the Rademon Estate Distillery was established in 2012. David formerly an engineer from East Belfast, and Fiona, formerly a quantity surveyor, decided to rekindle the distilling tradition that spans back centuries in Ireland.

The very first batch of Shortcross Gin was released in April 2014 and Shortcross has gone on to win a series of prestigious international awards. The name Shortcross came from the Gaelic for Crossgar, ‘An Chrois Ghearr’, meaning ‘the short cross’. The penny symbol on the bottle is in fact a Shortcross penny, the first coin to be minted in Dublin.

Bushmills Irish WhiskeyBushmills Irish Whiskey is made at Ireland’s oldest working distillery, known as The Old Bushmills Distillery,® in Co. Antrim. Bushmills is one of few distilleries in Ireland to use 100% malted barley to handcraft triple-distilled whiskey, and was one of the first in the world to make both single malt and blended Irish whiskey.

Bushmills whiskey is crafted in small batches with passion, great care and supreme craftsmanship. Each stage involves skills that have been handed down over centuries. The Old Bushmills Distillery is a ‘grain to glass’ distillery as the whiskey is handcrafted on one site, rather than in different locations. This process includes all the critical stages of production – malt distilling, maturing, blending and bottling. It combines a uniquely high proportion of malt whiskey matured in former Oloroso (‘scented’ in Spanish) sherry casks with a sweet, batch-distilled grain whiskey. This unique recipe gives Black Bush its rich fruity notes and deep intense character, balanced by a unique smoothness.

Bushmills® 16-Year-Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey This distinctive Irish Malt Whiskey is aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then matured for several months in port wine barrels - a unique maturation which imparts distinct notes of juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness.

Bushmills® 21-Year-Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey This rare whiskey is in scarce supply with only a limited number of casks in our warehouses. It’s matured in bourbon and sherry casks aged between 19 and 21 years old, before being married together for barrels two years in a Madeira-infused cask. The result is dark chocolate and caramelised toffee aromas and a sip that clings to the palate before releasing a magical burst like mint.
