Staff has coordinated this project with those agencies and organizations whi~h nom~nated the site as containing significa:nt ~nvironmental valu~s. They ·have foun~t this project with the inclusion of mitigation measures recommende~ by the Department of Fish and Game to be co~patible with their nomination.

This oroiect is consistent with the provisions of Article 6.5, Section 2513, in that ·the proposed and exist1nA storm drains are for public service purposes and mitigation measures have been addressed in Negative Declaration No. 259.
