The CDF is a collection of people who represent all the charitable disabled groups in Loughborough and the surrounding districts.
Its purpose is to enable representatives of all affiliated groups to meet together and corporately to challenge organizations and local authorities to change / improve those features in our local environment which make living with any kind of disability more difficult than it needs to be.
