I agree with you that bsp of the 2 projects can not be and should not be compared but the comparision was being made above so just seeked clarifications. 1) I think normally 25-28% loading is done by builders these days but what makes you say that 1550 by mahagun will be equivalent to 1750 of LS? Do you benchmark the existing 3C projects like LB with mahagun? 2) In a CLP if 80% is paid then that would mean that mostly the structure is complete but ofcourse builder these days causes delays after that. But for 80% to be paid atleast this much work needs to be done, right? you should not simply compare the new launch and close to ready options by looking at bsp of project, consider other factors - current project loading is on higher side, example mahagun moderne 1550 carpet area will be equivalent to lotus green 1750 type... construction period is not less than 5 years, however builder will demand 70-80% payment in next 2 years.. and another factor is construction risk Boss, I am talking about FAR as a policy for now sanctions. Lotus Greens is not sanctioned yet.
