LOREDANA G. MARCU, PhD Loredana Marcu is currently a Professor of Medical Physics at the University ofOradea,RomaniaandholdsaffiliationwiththeUniversityofAdelaide,Australia.Her current interests include modelling of tumour growth and behaviour duringtreatment, the investigation of the role of Positron Emission Tomography inevaluatingtumourhypoxia,theriskofsecondcancerafterradiotherapy,theimpactof cancer stem cells on tumour response to radiotherapy, and targeted particletherapies.Currently she is the vice-president of the Romanian College of Medical Physicists.
