How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings. ~Psalm 36:7
GOD'S LOVE
GOD'S LOVE IS UNFAILING. GOD'S LOVE IS PRICELESS. GOD SHELTERS US IN THE SHADOW OF HIS WINGS. GOD LOVES YOU AND GOD LOVES ME! NO MATTER OUR STATUS IN LIFE, GOD LOVES US, PROTECTS US, KEEPS US FROM HARM AND SHELTERS US UNDER HIS WINGS. WE CANNOT BEGIN TO FATHOM GOD'S LOVE FOR US. Since the beginning of time, God saw man he created in his image and saw that what he had created was very good and God has loved man since that day. Though man fails God, God still has patience with man and forgives him. God gives man every chance, every hope for salvation. GOD HAS GIVEN US THE ULTIMATE GIFT OF LOVE, "FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON THAT WHOSOEVER SHOULD BELIEVE IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE." God's love fills our hearts and we share this love with others. Our two greatest com-mandments are to love God with all our heart, soul, strength and mind and the second commandment is to love our neighbors as ourselves. John tells us how can we say we love God whom we have not seen if we do
not love our brothers whom we have seen. OUR LOVE CAN NEVER COMPARE WITH GOD'S LOVE, BUT AS WE SHELTER IN THE SHADOW OF GOD'S WINGS, WE CAN FEEL GOD'S LOVE IN OUR HEARTS AND I ASK YOU, "JUST HOW WONDER-FUL IS THAT!" Thank you, Jesus, for loving me. Thank you, God, for loving me. Thank you, Holy Spirit, for loving me and for filling me with your love. Amen. ~ Jean Gunn
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does
not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor oth-
ers, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it
keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in
evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects,
always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
~ I Corinthians 13: 4-7
