Each year LOOP designs the official Lancaster City Visitor Guide and prints over 200,000 copies. The Visitor Guide is then distributed to over 250 locations across Pennsylvania & Maryland, such as welcome centers, hotels, and rest areas.
The Visitor Guide is the only city map used to direct guests at the Lancaster City Visitor Center, where it’s used to direct thousands of visitors every year.

Located in Lancaster’s Old City Hall in Penn Square, the Visitor Center is the first stop for hundreds of guests every month. The Visitor Center is open seven days a week from April to December and three days a week from January to March. LOOP’s Travel Consultants greet visitors from all over the world every day at the Visitor Center. They direct guests to city attractions, restaurants, and shops.
