Located in Lancaster’s Old City Hall in Penn Square, the Visitor Center is the first stop for hundreds of guests every month. The Visitor Center is open seven days a week from April to December and three days a week from January to March. LOOP’s Travel Consultants greet visitors from all over the world every day at the Visitor Center. They direct guests to city attractions, restaurants, and shops.
