WR Supratman # 4 Bintaro, Sector 3A, Pondok Ranji, Postal Code 15412 South Tangerang, Banten Province, to be Exclusive Business and Management Consultant for UPDI. UPDI will run the business on “Warehouse Facility” with the Business Objective is “Connecting Supply and Demand Worldwide” located at the Port of Duqm SEZAD, Oman Government, hereby invites to all business partners for join on our business related on Warehouse Facility. Currently, UPDI will realize the construction of the first phase of Warehouse Facility, and will take 18 months. At the time of construction of warehouse facilities has been realized by 50%, then the warehouse operations will be run, and will requiring shipping companies which will support the services of warehouse facility. We need the cargo vessel on the conditions is almost brand new, and we offer for Long Term Time Charter (LTTC) at least 7 years up to 10 years, and recommended for the construction of new cargo vessel. The LTTC tariffs will be negotiated by and between, RBS and Business Partner to achieved sustainable business growth for both parties “UPDI and Business Partner”. The Classification of Cargo Vessel must be PANAMAX. The Vessels will bring the product from manufacturers to Oman, and from Oman to the end customer.
