Non-deliveriesandshortdeliveries

• The company must be advised within 3 days of delivery of any delivery shortages and within 5 days of receipt of invoice of any non-delivery.

Returnedgoods

• All orders are final. The company does not offer sale-or-return facilities. Returned garments will not be accepted without prior agreement and, in any event, a re-stocking charge of 20% will apply.

Carriageandsmallorderterms

• Orders of £250 and over are shipped carriage free (U.K. mainland only). Orders of under £250 incur a carriage charge.

• Offshore deliveries are charged at cost.

V.A.T.

• All prices quoted exclude Value Added Tax.

Samples

• Samples are readily available on request and are charged at unit price plus carriage of £6.95. All samples are nonreturnable. Sizes are not guaranteed.

Delivery

• We normally despatch in-stock orders on the day we receive them provided that the order is received before 2pm. Special delivery services, including before 10am, Saturday delivery etc. are available at extra cost, on request.

• Please note that garments that have been embroidered, printed, washed or worn or processed in any way, cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please check your garments before processing them.

To keep your Benchmark Garment looking good for longer we recommend that garments are laundered using the following guidelines.

• See product pages for laundry temperature guidelines• DO NOT USE ANY DETERGENT CONTAINING BLEACH• Medium heat pressing• We recommend that all zips are fastened and garments are washed inside out• Wash light and dark colours separately

Measuring guidelines

• Waist Measurements: Measure around the normal waist height that you would wear your trousers, and not over other garments• Chest Measurements: Loosely Measure around the widest part of your chest. Keep the tape under the arms and around the

shoulder blades• For Coveralls: Wearers of 5’11” and over should order Tall Fit.

Special garments required outside of the standard size range can be obtained. Lead-times and prices on application.
