N’Deye is considered as the link between old and new generations of Guinean music by using hip hop’s sampling technique on top of traditional Mandingo music. Her first album titled “Les Maitres de la Parole” which means “Masters of the words” refreshed the mandingo pop that Sekou Bembeya Diabate and his Bembeya Jazz made popular in the 60’s. It led her to a very unique brand of “hip-Pop” with strong urban African accents.

DTM is a guinean singer based in the usa, his new album titled “I am Back” is a mix of Afro Zouk and Dance Hall.
