COLOUR KIDS Contact: Alex Blythe
During Colour 2017 we offer a Kids Programme for children aged 1 year & walking, right through to Year 6 at school
(11 years old) for the duration of the Conference. The Kids Programme will take place at The Hilton London
Wembley.
The kids help desk will be open in Arena Square from 3pm. The check in will open same times as doors and will
required to be picked up within half hour of session finishing.
Children will receive their Colour Kids wristband when they first check in at the Colour Kids' Welcome Desk

We will keep the Kids during the lunch periods. Parents should provide a packed lunch for their children on Friday
and Saturday.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
By Underground
Travel to Wembley Park (Zone 4) on either the Metropolitan or Jubilee Line. Exit the station, taking the steps down
onto Olympic Way, cross Engineers Way and the Arena is on your right (10 minutes). Alternatively, go to Wembley
Central (Zone 4) on the Bakerloo Line, turn right at the station exit onto Wembley High Road and follow for
approximately 200 yards. At the Wembley Triangle turn left into Wembley Hill Road.
By Car
The arena is located just 3 miles from the end of the M1 motorway for visitors travelling from the North and 3 miles
from the end of the A40 for people travelling from the South and West. Wembley arena is located just a short
distance from the A406 (North Circular), which is accessible from all major routes in to London.

Parking
There is ample parking for those wishing to drive to Wembley Arena. Pre-book car parking at £16.25 @
wembleyofficialparking.com. You may park from 4 hours before the doors open until 2 hours post event.
By Bus
If planning to travel by bus, check the time tables on the www.tfl.gov.uk website prior to travelling. The buses that
serve Wembley Arena include numbers 18, 83, 92, 182, 224 and 297.
By Train
The nearest train station is Wembley Stadium, which has links to Marylebone Station with a journey time of around

Flying In
From Heathrow airport, the most direct route is by Heathrow Express to Paddington with one change on to the
westbound Bakerloo line travelling directly to Wembley Central.
From Gatwick airport, take Thameslink main line service to London Bridge, change on to the westbound Jubilee line
and travel direct to Wembley Park.
From Stansted airport, take Stansted Express to Liverpool Street main line station and change on to westbound
Metropolitan line and travel direct to Wembley Park.
From Luton airport, take the airport shuttle bus to Luton Parkway and travel by Thameslink main line service to West
Hampstead, change stations (a short walk) to West Hampstead Underground station and travel directly on the
westbound Jubilee line to Wembley Park.
From London City airport, take the blue airport shuttle bus to Canary Wharf, follow signs for Canary Wharf

Colour Conference Registration Process & Overview There are a number of ways in which delegates can purchase tickets to attend the conference:

• Group Booking through home Church
All tickets are processed and managed through the Eventbrite registration system. We will check-in each delegate as
they arrive at the venue, using their E-Ticket, printed ticket or finding their name on a scanner (along with ID). This
data will be pre-loaded, at each check in station (more details are provided on this further below).
Ticket Types Available There is a selection of ticket types offered for the conference depending on when they are attending and their ticket
type.

Distribution of Tickets Upon initial purchase of a Colour ticket, delegates will have received a confirmation email. Three weeks prior to
event delegates will be sent wristband to their address. They will be instructed to bring their wristband and e-ticket
as their form of entry to the conference.
Access on the Day Delegates who have received their wristbands can come straight to the entrance and will be scanned for check-in
with their E-Ticket, printed or by finding their name on the scanner (along with ID) to make the entry process even
more efficient.
Hillsong Box Office Queries There will be a Registrations Marquee on Arena Square for wristband collection and any registration enquires.
Anyone registered after the 20th
