(a) whether the Government hasconstituted a High Level Forum for 5G India,2020 and if so, the details, the purpose andthe composition thereof along with itsterms of reference and the time by whichthe said forum is likely to submit its report;

(b) whether the Government proposesto undertake research to develop 5Gtechnology in the country and if so, thedetails thereof and the action taken by theGovernment in this regard;

(c) the time by which the saidtechnology is likely to be launched acrossthe country and the action taken/proposedto be taken by the Government in thisregard;

(d) the socio-economic benefits likelyto be accrued from the said technology; and

(e) the steps taken by the Governmentto improve the existing 3G and 4G networksand increase the access of the said networksin the country?
