The logo is comprised of two components, the symbol and the logo type. The symbol is a

sheet with a checkmark indicating a checked off box. The symbol can be used in

conjunction with the logo type or alone depending on the amount of available space.

The full color logo is to be used when at all possible. Single color

logos are to be used to contrast busy background or for single

color print projects.

The vertical logo is is to be used when the

horizontal length of the design space is less than

the height.

To ensure the proper logo usage, an exclusion zone around the logo equal to the height

of the “h” in Smartsheet should be maintained for maximum visibility.

Do not effect the logo

Do not extrude or bevel the logo

Do not alter in contrast any portion of the logo

Do not overlap with anything

Do not apply textures or use logo as a mask.

Do not deviate from the full color or single color versions

These are visual examples to illustrate potential problems with usage. Avoid anything that

would comprimise the integrity of the logo.

The first rule of thumb is to try to use the full color logo as much as possible. Single color

versions are to be used if the background information of an image would dispel the clarity

of the logo. Single color versions are applicable for printing on Smartsheet items.

Do not overlap with anything

The single color logo is a good contrast against a busy image. Full color logo with white text used on a simplified field of color.
