Who we are

LMR has been offering recruitment and training services from its offices in Newcastle upon Tyne, Stockton on Tees and Wellingborough for over 21 years. Our clients are in the logistics, industrial and engineering sectors

The challenge

In the recruitment business, we have to pay contractors every week but we usually have to wait a month or longer for clients to pay our invoices. That mismatch has an inevitable impact on cash flow. Our future plans required flexibility and a higher level of funding, so we conducted a great deal of research ourselves to select the finance provider that would be the right fit for us.

Investec’s solution
