How to install a Safemage extension
To install the extension, please follow the steps below:
1. If enabled, disable the Compilation Mode.
2. If disabled, Enable Magento cache.
3. Log out from Magento Admin panel.
4. Unpack the contents of the package file purchased from Safemage to your
Magento root folder.
5. Log into Magento Admin Panel.
6. Go to the System>Cache Management page, select All Cache options to refresh.
7. If necessary, run the Compilation mode.
8. Go to System>Configuration>Safemage for an extension’s Configuration page.
Sales>Orders>Order View
An extra button is all you need to view customer's frontend account.
Customers>Manage Customers>Customer View
The same button can be found on customer's profile page.
System>Permissions>Roles>Role View
Admin can enable/disable either button via Role's Resources.
With a single click from backend, admin ends up in customer account.
