PowerSchool Photo Upload Instructions

It might be easier to upload on mobile phone if you take photos of people using phone camera.

The screenshots below marked “Phone” are mobile phone screenshots.

At the homepage, choose your youngest child, and click on "Student Information Update".

(On mobile phone, after login, click “Exit to Main PS site”, choose your youngest child, then click on the little arrow to

reveal the left navigation menu, and choose "Student Information Update".)

Choose “File Upload / Update”

Choose Document Holder Type, and then choose Document Type. Click Browse to select files, and click Upload to finish upload.

photos on phone, and click Upload to finish upload.)

Fathers and mothers only need to upload photos of themselves

For Drivers, Ayis and Caregivers, you must upload the ID cards first (for example: Chinese National ID or Passport. A tip for the date

widget is at the end of this guide), then upload their photos.

Driver and Ayi’s Name is required.

Caregiver’s Name and Relationship is required.

Click the top area to switch between date, month and year.
