London fat 1, greenhill, hampstead, nw3 5ubThis is where we will be filming our interview with Dr Aseem Malhotra.This will be in Dr Aseems personal residence.As it is a flat, it will hopefully be a smallish room so that we can get away with only the lapel mic, and preferably with light coloured walls so that the lighting is easy to manipulate with a reflector, as we dont want to take too much lighting equipment on the trains and tubes.We can also get a train to Hampstead underground station, which is only a short walk from his residence.

London - shoreditchThis is where we intend on filming some general shots for our montage shots, as there are some great food places in Shoreditch.A lot of our target audience of Mosaic Groups Urban Cool are likely to live around Shoreditch, as it is seen as quite a hip place to be, and a place where our young-ish target audience are likely to be.

New Change - 1 New Change, London EC4M 9AFAn eclectic mix of high-end and high street fashion, gifts and restaurants in glass-walled complex.We think that it is the kind of place which we would expect our Mosaic Group audience of Urban Cool to live, and so is very appropriate in attracting our target audience.Because of this, it also means that it will be easier to access members of our target audience to be in our Vox Pops, which will allow our audience to better relate to the documentary.In addition, the fact that it is indoors allows us to focus on making the audio as high quality as possible without worrying about the wind or other outside noises, especially as audio is something which was picked up on in a lot of the coursework last year.

Quorn Stoop Lodge, 12 Stoop Lane, Quorn, Leicestershire, le12 8buFor interviewing our Nutritionist (Dympna Pearson), we have agreed to travel to her house which is in Quorn, not that far from school.As it is local, it is very useful for us as it means that we can take all of the necessary equipment with us without worrying about carrying it all as we will when we go to London.Hopefully having a home environment will also work in our favour, as Dympna will feel more at ease in her surroundings, and therefore might give us better answers to our questions.

Capital FM - Capital Birmingham, Floor 8, Eleven Brindley place, Birmingham B1 2LPWe have managed to secure an opportunity to record our final radio advert in a Capital FM recording studio!We are really excited by this because it will allow the quality of our audio to be pristine. It will allow us a professional environment to work in, aswell as professionals onsite to offer advice.

Ratcliffe college - Fosse Way, Ratcliffe on the Wreake, Leicester LE7 4SGWe will be using the media classroom at our school to shoot our poster image, the foyer to shoot our interview with our success story, aswell as the fitness suite to shoot some shots of Renata exercising.This is easy for us because we can just use it after school one day.The classroom is big enough to set up a white screen in aswell as all of the appropriate equipment, and also means that we can keep the burger at school in the food tech department throughout the day.We can use the fitness suite for getting the shots of Renata exercising aswell.It is useful to have all of these locations in one place.

Macclesfield 24 prestwick close, tytherington, macclesfield, cheshire, sk10 2THThis is where we will be interviewing Dr Malcolm Kendrick.This will be the most difficult location to access, as it is a 2 hour drive or an expensive train journey.It will be at Dr Malcolms house.
