Is it suitable (think about genre, narrative, research you have

undertaken)? How? Why?

Once we have transformed the room the yes, 100%. We have a very clear idea of how we are going to change the room to make it genre apparent or like a ‘dingy’

indie gig. It is also worth mentioning that there is now black curtains around the perimeter of the room, therefore we

have full control of the lighting.

Access IssuesThis is the location where we will be using the crowd, therefore the venue needs

to be near everybody who is attending. However, unfortunately it isn’t, therefore the biggest problem is to get everybody from Richmond to Darlington.

So here is our solution: the shoot begins at 2pm, this is just in time for the 29 bus to arrive from Darlington meaning everybody can attend the shoot. Other

than that the room is easy to find in Richmond and cars can park nearby.

Lighting IssuesThere are now black curtains surrounding the perimeter meaning we have full

control of all of the lights. This is perfect!

Sound Issues (if applicable)

In order for the band to play along to the song, it has to be extremely loud so they can hear it. Therefore, there could be an awful lot of noise coming out of

the building. Luckily, we are not filming in unsociable hours in the day and there aren’t any houses (etc.) nearby. We will have to warn the staff at the

Georgian Theatre in advance so they can warn anyone who they think might be affected.
