Location Details After filming in the woods we are now filming on the streets of Armthorpe. We need a built up area with noise and cars as well as quite streets to film on. Armthorpe makes the perfect place. It is quite local to all the people in the group which again makes it an ideal place to film our trailer. The street that the filming is going to take place in is called Mere Lane and is situated near Armthorpe Academy

Scene/Purpose of filming

After the main character in the trailer has made it out of the woods he then goes on the run through different towns and cities. So we need to move on and start filming in the town of Armthorpe as this is when the next scene is supposed to take place

Permissions

You don’t need permission to enter this site as it is a public area that tends to be very busy. There are people’s homes that are situated on the street that we cant access

Access

It is very accessible as it is a big road outside of Armthorpe Academy.

Electricity Supply

There is no electricity supply what so ever that we are able to access, so we will have to make sure that our electrical devices are all charged and ready to go

available at all times as it has no rules or closing times that are stopping us. Because it is a road in armthorpe there are no rules or regulations that state you are not allowed to go near that area at any given time. Making it available at all times which is very usefull.

Food

nearby which we can use to get food from but they have closing times which mean we will need means to tell the time. If the shops are closed then we can always drive somewhere else to get food or we can bring our own food from home.

Parking Even though it is a road there are some places where you can park if you wish. The road we are going to be using for filming is outside a school which means you are not allowed to park their, we may have to park further away if we choose to go by car.

Toilets There are no toilets that we are able to use so we will have to get ready before we go out and start filming

Sunlight We are currently in the middle of winter which means the chance of sun id going to be very scarce. It may be light outside but it is very cloudy and very cold. It may also rain a lot and also the occasional snow storm which could further more make it difficult

Suitability/Possible shots

There is a lot of space so we can get in a wide range of different shots. But it is quite a busy road with many cars and busses going down so we will have to be careful. We are not restricted for space and we are not restricted in the different shots we can do

Windows There are no windows

Flooring/ground

The flooring and ground is concrete which of course is very firm and will not sink or get muddy which makes it very ideal for filming. There is no mud which means we will not have complications when it comes to filming

Safety Issues There are no real safety issues during this sight apart from the traffic. This is an issue that cannot be avoided and so we will have to be careful when near the roads

Noise Due to the fact that we are going to be on a main road we are going to get some level of noise pollution from the cars and other vehicles that go past. It cannot be avoided, so it is best to visit the sight at a quiet time

Space We are not restricted for space as there is no area where we are not allowed to go or access in any way. If move of the street onto the schools premises then this would be fine during school times, but after school has finished we will not be allowed on their premises
