5 BSÍ – The central bus station Here the bus from Keflavik airport arrives in Reykjavik. You can easily walk there from our apart-ments, if you are not carry-ing a lot of luggage. 15 minute walk.
6 Þrír frakkar Seafood restaurant. Whale meat, special Icelandic fish dishes.
7 ASÍ art museum The museum is open from 1pm - 5pm, every day except on Mondays. Admittance is free of charge.
8 Einar Jónsson Art mu-seum The sculpture garden behind the Einar Jónsson Art Museum is open all year round, entrance is free and it is a popular site to visit in whatever season.
9 Hallgrímskirkja “Hall-grim’s Church” in Reykjavik is the tallest and most strik-ing church in Iceland.
10 Eldsmiðjan Pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, take away or eat in.
11 Café Loki Traditional Icelandic homemade dishes such as Icelandic meat soup, bread and cakes.

19 National Gallery of Iceland Open daily at 11 am- 5 pm Closed Mondays.
20 C is for Cookie Very good pancakes and coffee at Óðinstorg.
21 Eymundsson A book store and Te og kaffi coffee house. Here you can enjoy good coffee and look at magazines, books and news-papers.
22 Sjavargrillid “Seafood Grill” serves fresh and in-novative seafood delicacies and quality meat.
23 Bastard A brew house, bar, cocktailbar and restau-rant with a fantastic square which is perfect on sunny days.
24 Kaffifélagið “The coffee company“, very good Italian coffee.
25 Mat Bar A bar and small chef-run restaurant with focus on seasonal, local ingredients.
26 Mokka Italian coffee and very good waffels. They have been here since 1958.
27 Grái kötturinn Legend-ary for its early opening hours, the Gray Cat serves amazing breakfast.
Of course there are a lot more good restaurants and places to see but we stop here ; )
